Rental Agreement Overview
User Responsibilities
At Pop N Fun Events, we prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our clients and guests. It is essential that all users adhere to the terms outlined in our rental agreement to ensure events run smoothly. Responsibility for equipment care and timely payments rests with the client, as stated in this agreement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date to receive a full refund minus a processing fee. If cancellation occurs within 14 days, the client will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges based on the arrangements made. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we strive to provide flexible rescheduling options to accommodate clients. We recommend that clients consider event insurance for additional peace of mind against possible cancellations.
Liability Limitations for Events
Pop N Fun Events is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of rental equipment, unless due to our negligence. Clients are responsible for supervision and ensuring safety protocols are in place throughout their event. We suggest obtaining general liability insurance to protect against potential claims and ensure a secure event space.
